Our Story

Tucked away in leafy South Liverpool you will find Isabella’s Closet, a friendly, fashion-orientated bridal boutique created for the modern, romantic bride. Founded in 2020, we are proud to be a family-run business, with me (Louise) as Director and Owner, and my mum Pam as my business partner! 

The idea for the boutique originated from my own search for the perfect wedding dress, which saw me visit countless bridal shops in the UK but never truly find what I was looking for.  I spent so much time falling in love with dream dresses from international designers on Instagram, only to be disappointed that these were not available in the UK (or at least outside of London)! This is when the idea of Isabella's Closet was born. I wanted to create a bridal boutique in the North of England for brides to find modern, feminine bridalwear from exclusive international designers which you couldn't get anywhere else. With more than 10 years experience as a fashion buyer,  and the dream of running my own business, I decided to open Isabella's Closet in Liverpool!

I carefully chose our designers to ensure each of our partners offer something truly special. I have selected each dress in our boutique and I've fell in love with each of these as I did my own! Stepping into our gorgeous little bridal closet, you will find our range of beautiful dresses from hand-picked designers, from all over the world.  

Our focus at IC is to offer each and every one of our brides an unforgettable dress-shopping experience. We are friendly and down-to-earth, and we want our brides to feel comfortable and at home during their time with us.  You will enjoy a relaxed and professional approach to creating your bridal look (as well as a complementary glass or two of prosecco...!).

Our brides-to-be will enjoy complete exclusivity in choosing their dream dress, with private 90-minute appointments in our luxury L18 studio.
